Bellecrest Neighborhood Association Annual Meeting
When: March 26th, 2026
Where: New Hope International Church, 10808 SE 28th in Enatai (Same place as last year)
Time: 6:30pm Social time
7:00pm Meeting begins
The City has provided information regarding what the plans are for upzoning in neighborhoods; how many homes per lot, setbacks, height, etc. which we will have available at the meeting to discuss. We will also vote on the Board and discuss any other business that the members bring up.

Please complete the Bellecrest Neighborhood Association Dues Sheet to make sure we have your current contact information, using the handy envelope provided. Or you can now pay via our website. Your $25.00 yearly membership dues are used solely for Association purposes such as newsletters, copies, meeting room rentals, paint for our mailbox stands, landscaping, etc. The payment of dues also allows you to vote for board members and to vote on issues at the annual neighborhood association meetings.

Your dues have helped pay for our neighborhood entry signs, block parties, yard-waste dumpster day, landscaping, bus benches, and other improvements. Let us know your suggestions!
If you are a tenant, please pass this important newsletter and dues request to your landlord. We would greatly appreciate their contact information so that all owners can be notified, too. Please send your landlord's contact info to bellecrest.assoc@gmail.com.
